Holistic Health for 40 years

I started experimenting with natural remedies at 14 when the steroids stopped working. My doctor said my eczema was incurable.

He was wrong.

I healed my skin with natural medicine, needing to address my diet, my creams, and my emotions to finally figure it out.

At 15, I had major surgery, which got infected, and I was left with painful scars. I studied massage six years later and learned how to reduce my pain and increase my mobility - but I couldn’t find anyone willing to work in the area, so I worked on myself.

In 2002, I implemented scar treatments at London Bridge Hospital, working with primarily breast cancer patients. I was with LBH for twelve years. Simultaneously, I worked with a wide variety of scars in my other London clinic, from the tiniest eye scars to extensive burn trauma.

I’m professionally trained in five different natural health therapies, and I use a blend of these in my consultations and online guides.

This multi-pronged approach often brings results faster. My toolbox is your toolbox.

Everything I know is in my book, Love Your Scar. It was written in 2017, and some of the recommended companies have gone out of business (fish collagen) but you can find replacements elsewhere.

Thank you for your support, and speedy healing!
